To prepare integrally a human resource with a creative and endeavoring character, through a specialization within the Communication Sciences such as Advertising, Digital Video Production, Sales Management and Graphics Design in a humanistic, academic and technological scope, up-to-date and based in the needs of the national and international labor market with study plans adjusted to excellence and new trends necessary for mass communication in the Twenty-first Century.


An endeavoring academic unit, active and up-to-date, committed to serve society through the training of new Mass Communication professionals and its different fields in order to make our graduate an instrument of development, justice and constitutional order within and abroad the Panamanian boundaries.

 General Objectives
  • To prepare integrally new professionals in Communication Sciences: ENDEVOURING, CREATIVE, UP-TO-DATE and RESPECTFULL of the human life, the moral and ethics.
  • To contribute with the national mass media, publicists and creative  development and, through these, with the Panamanian family.
  • To become an academic and social reference for debates and discussion of topic of national interest through the “creative vision” of our students.
 Especific Objectives
  • To maintain a social work with the different social, governmental and private organizations.
  • To promote values and creativity in the human being.
  • To perform research and debate on the diverse topics and realities of National and International Communication.
  • To foster our student’s talents and nurture the positive evolution of Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design and Video Production.
